Shipping Terms

- FOB (Free On Board): YUNL covers costs until goods leave the origin port. Buyer handles freight, insurance, and import duties.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): YUNL arranges shipping and insurance to the destination port. Buyer handles import duties and inland transport.
4. Tracking & Documentation
- Real-time tracking provided via email.
- Documents include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, and Certifications.
5. Customs & Taxes
- Buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
- YUNL provides HS codes and product descriptions to expedite clearance.
6. Delays & Loss/Damage
- Delays due to force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes) exempt YUNL from liability.
- Insurance is mandatory for CIF shipments. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
Payment Terms
