Shipping Terms

1. Delivery Methods

• Standard Shipping: Sea freight (FOB/CIF terms negotiable).
• Express Options: Air freight or courier (DHL/FedEx) available for urgent orders (costs borne by the buyer).

2. Lead Time

• Production Time: 3–30 days after order confirmation.
• Shipping Time:
  • Sea Freight: 20–45 days (varies by destination).
  • Air Freight: 3–7 days.

3. Responsibilities

• FOB (Free On Board): YUNL covers costs until goods leave the origin port. Buyer handles freight, insurance, and import duties.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): YUNL arranges shipping and insurance to the destination port. Buyer handles import duties and inland transport.

4. Tracking & Documentation

• Real-time tracking provided via email.
• Documents include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, and Certifications.

5. Customs & Taxes

• Buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
• YUNL provides HS codes and product descriptions to expedite clearance.

6. Delays & Loss/Damage

• Delays due to force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes) exempt YUNL from liability.
• Insurance is mandatory for CIF shipments. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

Payment Terms

1. Accepted Methods

• Bank Transfer (T/T): Preferred method.
  • 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance before shipment.
• PayPal/Credit Card: Available for orders <$5,000 (3% processing fee applies).

2. Currency

• USD, EUR, or GBP (conversion at the exchange rate on the payment date).

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Deposits: Non-refundable if production has started for customized orders.
• Cancellations: Allowed within 48 hours of order confirmation. After 48 hours, a 15% cancellation fee applies.

4. Late Payments

• 1.5% monthly interest charged on overdue balances.
• Orders unpaid for 30 days will be canceled, and deposits forfeited.
